The following terms of the cancellation policy (“Cancellation Policy”) are by and between ‘dealsquard, a company duly incorporated in India (“Company”), which runs and operates the dealsquard.com (“Site” or “We” or “Our”) and the end-user / customer (“End-User” or “You” or “Your”) of the Site. This cancellation Policy shall be effective at the time the End-User accesses the Site to avail the Services (defined in Clause 1). If the End-User does not agree to be bound by the terms of this Cancellation Policy as set-out below, the End-User may not access the Site.
(Collectively, hereinafter the ‘Company’ and the ‘End-User’ shall be referred to as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party”)
1. For Slot Booking:
1.1. For Slot booking by the hours there is no refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival time. If cancelled between 24- 48 hours of the arrival time 25 percent of the amount will be refunded.
1.2. Any booking cancelled 48 hours before of the arrival time will be entitled to 50 percent refund on the booking amount.
2. For Full day Booking:
Refund will be issued as per the hotel refund policy depending upon the hotel booked by the customer.
3. No Show:
For Booking done through dealsquard.com website and applications, if the customer does not check in to the hotel on the booking date without cancellation it will be treated as no show and no refund will be processed for the same.
Different hotels have different cancellation policies with hotels deducting a particular percent of your total booking price based on the time you will cancel your confirmed booking before check-in.
